Our trading hours are from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM UTC, Monday through Friday.
To transfer your balance to a trader, log in to the platform, go to the “Trading” section, select the trading session period, and confirm the start of trading for you.
Account Management:
To open an account, click the “Sign Up” button on the homepage and follow the instructions provided by the bot.
Withdrawals can be made via bank transfer. To withdraw funds:
- Go to the “Withdraw Funds” section.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Fill in the bank account information.
- Activate Service Safe Transfer, user need make transfer with correct amount and after Service Safe Transfer will be activated. Amount for activating will come back to user.
- Confirm the withdrawal.
- After system confirmation, the funds will be credited to your bank account.
You can fund your account via bank transfer in the relevant regional currency or cryptocurrency transfer.
- Click the deposit button on the platform.
- Choose the payment method (bank transfer or cryptocurrency).
- Enter the transfer amount (for bank transfer in regional currency; for cryptocurrency transfer in USD).
- Make the transfer to the platform-provided details and send a photo of the transfer receipt or a screenshot from your mobile banking app or crypto wallet in the chat.
- After system confirmation, the transfer amount will be credited to your account.

Tools and Profile:
Yes, you can change your profile information by going to the “Profile” menu, clicking the “Edit” button, and selecting the information you want to update.
If necessary, you can delete your account. Please contact support through a convenient method, providing your user ID and reason for deletion. The account will be deleted within 30 calendar days from confirmation by support.
